Powerful COSM modeling-based V-Editing allows drummers to precisely tune and shape individual drum size and depth, head type and tuning, muffling, and even snare strainer adjustment. This sound customization is enhanced by the TD-8's high-quality Ambience effects and EQ, as well as expressive positional sensing capability- which triggers different sounds and timbres based on the exact location of pad hit. Like the TD-10, the TD-8 is also sensitive enough to be triggered with brushes.
