16-Bit Noise is a duo founded in 1996. Its founding members, Neil Atos and Eric Martucci, started the band as a means for experimentaion with noise, songwriting and production. Heavily influenced by the Grunge Scene of the early 90's the duo have collaberated with a wide range of musicians over the years to help give their music a consitantly fresh sound.
